TERMS & CONDITIONS
To confirm your tour, you need to fill out our tour application form and deposit 600 USD per person. We accept online booking with Visa cards or bank transfer. After successfully deposit transaction we will send you a confirmation email . We ask you to make your payment 3 weeks prior to the tour start date. For short tours such as the city tour, booking is not required.
Terms:
There are a certain set of rules that must be followed. The guide is experienced and concerned about your safety as well as their own and will do their best to ensure no incidents. Please respect the guides and follow the guidelines they set for the tour. This is for everyone’s safety.
Be ready for varied weather condition. The climate can quickly change from hot and sunny, to stormy and tumultuous. If you have any questions about the trip, we are happy to answer these promptly.
The local nomads also have a large number of traditions that have been passed down through the generations that pertain to their living. Please respect these traditions and try not to hurt their feelings.
Cancellations Policy:
Discover Altai team has a very easy and reasonable cancellation policy. Please alert us to a cancellation as early as possible.
- Cancellation more than a month before departure will result in payment of 300 USD reimbursements.
- Cancellation less than a month before departure will result in payment of 600 USD reimbursements.
- And the rest of the payment will be refunded
Responsibilities:
The primary concern during our tours is your and our safety. From both sides there are a number of set responsibilities that should be informed:
Our responsibilities: We must provide tours as they are booked. We will stick to a time and start date that won’t changed. We will provide you with an experienced local team who knows the locations and logistics.
We are not responsible for: Cancellation or delays on domestic flights. Weather condition. Realize that any risks of injury facilitated by your own actions are not the responsibility of our team. If something is lost or misplaced, the team is not responsible.
